Shipping

After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details. You will have up to 10 business days to cancel or modify your order. After this period, the order will be considered final and will be sent to production.

Shipping will be carried out according to the seasonal shipping schedules, unless the customer provides other specific instructions

Returns & Refunds

We accept returns within 7 days after the product has been received. A refund or exchange will be issued if the item received differs in style or size from the original order, or if it presents any manufacturing defects.

If the product is damaged, a photograph must be provided to identify the issue and proceed with the refund or exchange request. Once approved, refunds will be processed within 5 business days from the date of approval. If an exchange is requested, delivery time will depend on the standard ground shipping time of the courier.
